Taphole filler contacting with molten steel while tapping, sintered layer is formed to prevent molten steel from down-penetrating. The rest of taphole filler under the sintered layer can smoothly flow out while opening the support plate, and shortly the sintered layer will be broken under the help of pressure of molten steel so as to self-open tapping.
